4. Responsibility

The restaurant accepts no responsibility for allergies not disclosed at the time of ordering. Photos and descriptions on the website are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken. Failing that, the competent courts will be seized.
